Due to the high demand for our services the earlier you book EPS the better. We often have events booked anything up to 18 month ahead of time. By completing this form you are NOT booking EPS to cover your event you are merely letting us know when your event is and what kind of event it is.

Once we receive this form, we will then contact you and discus any special requirements, our availability and how we can move forward together.
